Today we were contacted by a concerned family that had a domestic rabbit living under their deck. With her floppy ears, it was clear she wasn't a wild bunny and with the cold weather, we knew she was at risk. She was likely abandoned when she was no longer wanted. Sadly, a common issue for bunnies.

We sprung into action, gathered our supplies and went to see if we could catch her. Lucky for us the bunny was hiding between two tires under the deck and we were able to catch her easily.

In honour of her past and her new, bright, future we've named her Hope. Tonight, Hope is tucked safely in a warm, loving foster home while the cold wind blows outside, no longer able to harm her.
